I received very good service from Aline and Junior, but Fibra's installation service was unable to install it due to a problem with the cable. They sent a message saying they resolved it and rescheduled the installation for 4 days. The day arrived and they tried to install it, but there was still a problem with the box. Unfortunately, the good attendant was "thrown in the trash" by the fiber installation and repair service.
Two days ago I went to the VIVO store, in Macapá shopping mall, and was kind of ignored by the girl who was at the entrance of the store where she gets the password. I got there, said good morning and only one of them reciprocated, so far so good... I asked for information, after asking for the second time, one of them with her head down told me: That's where you see it, oh! Pointing to the Tablet, if I had known the information I wouldn't have asked her, she ignored me for no reason, as she is paid to serve the people who go there well. VIVO hires people who really want to work in customer service.
